Lee Johnson Auto Family is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Bothell, WA

Lee Johnson has been in business since 1933, family owned for 3 generations and committed to giving back to our communities. As we grow, we want to make sure our staff is supported, so we created a roll that would assist sales in both accounts receivable and wholesale titling. We are looking to add a self-motivated person who is organized and excited to be a member of our integral office staff, these employees help keep Lee Johnson in its entirety in motion and running smoothly. Hours are flexible Monday through Friday!

As an accounts receivable clerk your responsibilities will include:

Vehicle Receivables:

  • Apply payments to car deals over multiple dealerships
  • Receivable schedules for multiple dealership franchises
  • Process and audit vehicle wholesale sales transactions
  • Maintains compliance of titling documents
  • Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts
  • Work directly with department managers to maintain cash management policies

Roll Requirements:

  • Highly organized
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Dealership experience
  • 2 years accounting experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good communication with venders and coworkers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
